The finalists for the 2012 Locus Awards have been released. Locus is a major magazine withn the science ficton, fantasy, horror, etc etc fields and gives out awards for what it considers to be the best in the field each year. These are generally pretty good choices as well; not too popular and not too much critic favourites.
